  Poem of the Month
Ancient Air
Li Bai (701–762 C.E.)
Climbing high I gaze upon the four seas,
Heaven and Earth, so vast, so vast.
Frost blankets all the stuff of autumn,
Wind wafts with the broad desert’s chill.
Glory and splendor, flow away East like the river,
All the world’s affairs billow like waves.
The white sun, covered, breaks in brilliance,
Floating clouds seem to have no end.
In lofty parasol trees nest lowly finches,
Down among jujube thorns the Phoenix perches.
Now it’s time to head on back again,
I flick my sword and sing Taking the Hard Road.
  Coming Up:
Less than two months to go until Shen Yun 2020!
Stay tuned, we’ll have big news for you soon.
